You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. By providing tailored therapy, you will play a crucial role in improving their day-to-day functioning and emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions against your license and an absence of limited/provisional licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy towards clients.
• Proficient in computer literacy to navigate our easy-to-use therapy platform effectively.

• Experience with various treatment modalities and mental health theories that can enhance therapy sessions.
• Prior experience providing virtual counseling or telehealth services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a remote setting.
