Join a global manufacturer of advanced semiconductor detector technologies used in critical applications ranging from medical devices and aerospace systems to defense, telecommunications, and sensor technologies. This organization designs and manufactures highly specialized photodetectors and optoelectronic components in a state-of-the-art facility located in Chandler, Arizona. The company fosters a collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented environment where employees are empowered to make a meaningful impact while supporting cutting-edge technologies and future growth initiatives.

As the Finance Manager, you will lead all financial operations for the US business, including treasury, accounting, tax, reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will also play a critical role in implementing new treasury and ERP systems, improving business processes, and partnering with executive leadership to support continued growth and operational excellence.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Finance Manager Duties:
  •  Lead treasury, accounting, tax, reporting, and compliance activities while ensuring alignment with company and group financial standards
  • Drive implementation and continuous improvement of treasury and ERP systems, including Coupa and Misys, while enhancing financial processes and reporting capabilities
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, KPI reporting, and financial analysis related to revenue, gross margin, EBIT, inventory valuation, cost of goods manufactured, and cash flow
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, month-end close activities, and external audit coordination while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
  • Partner with executive leadership to improve operational performance, support strategic decision-making, and help scale finance operations throughout the US.

Pay:
  • $120,000/year + based on experience 
Finance Manager Requirements:
  • 8+ years of finance and controlling experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Controller or similar senior finance leadership role
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and operational finance
  • Experience leading ERP, treasury, or finance system implementations and transformation initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
