Schedule: Part-time .6 | 6:30 am- 3:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30pm , 3 days per week
What You Will Do- Manage the full patient lifecycle by greeting visitors, handling check-in/out, and scheduling or confirming appointments.
- Secure necessary documentation, verify patient demographics, and obtain insurance authorizations or precertifications.
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances and reconcile reports and deposits to ensure financial accuracy.
- Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide essential clerical support.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
