Fleet Finance Operations Coordinator


Job Type: Full Time

Shift Schedule: M-F, 7a - 4pm

Salary: $19 - $22/hour

** Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.


Fleet Finance Operations Coordinator Job Duties

AP Invoice Management  

  • Code invoices and communicate to AP department 
  • Enter information for weekly check runs

Daily Reporting 

  • Enter daily dispatch
  • Enter Work Orders from Maintenance Department
  • Data entry as required
  • Manage driver electronic logs

Month End Close 

  • Support the finance department on all month-end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory, AP Invoice management. 
  • Complete Monthly Trailer DOT Report
  • Various Monthly Reports

Other Administrative Support 

  • Back-up to Dispatcher
  • Process driver miles, pay and expenses for payroll
  • Provide support to Fleet Manager and safety program 
  • Update daily reports when assigned 
  • Postal mail and daily package distribution 
  • Filing and Scanning paperwork
  • Other assigned duties

Fleet Finance Operations Coordinator Requirements

  • High School degree required
  • Above average skills in communication both oral and written 
  • Above average skills in organization and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a teamwork and effectively manage through others
  • Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Previous experience in Transportation and/or accounting preferred
