Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you support company performance through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You work with business partners to track financial results, identify trends, and contribute to planning processes. You help translate data into insights that inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to perform monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning.
  • Provide support in financial aspects including headcount planning, reporting, cost control, and analysis.
  • Track and analyze spend across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, T&E and all other non-payroll expenses.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders, understanding the key drivers behind the variances.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Accounting, Procurement, IT, Marketing, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with overall company goals.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
  • Experience with Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-finance partners
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to set clearly defined objectives, establish priorities, plan activities, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or MBA
  • Prior experience with Pigment and Salesforce
  • Prior experience supporting and partnering with c-suite level stakeholders
  • Understanding of general accounting principles, month end close, GL responsibilities
  • Comfort using AI tools such as chat based assistants, summarization tools, and reporting copilots to support daily work.

For this position, the expected base pay range is: $65,000-$95,000 per year.
This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.
For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.
