Compensation: $90-$120k + Bonus Eligibility

In This Role, You Will: 

Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and longrange financial plans.

Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and deliver insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.

Partner with crossfunctional leaders—including Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Technology—to provide financial guidance and evaluate business initiatives.

Build and enhance financial models that support scenario planning, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.

Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and performance commentary for senior leadership.

Assist in evaluating new locations, menu concepts, and capital investment opportunities through ROI, payback, and sensitivity analyses.

Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and data accuracy to increase efficiency and transparency across the organization.

Support adhoc analysis, projects, and presentations for executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications/Criteria: 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.

Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and distill insights clearly.

Master in Excel and financial planning systems; experience with BI tools is a plus.

Must be technical + experience with AI and BI tools is mandatory. 

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver highquality work in a fastpaced environment.

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Detailoriented, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.

Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or multiunit experience preferred but not required.
