Job Title: Financial Analyst needed in Miami FL. This is a 3 days on site and 2 days remote role.
Job Description
This Financial Analyst role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, globally recognized luxury hospitality environment where finance plays a strategic and highly visible role. You will partner closely with sr leadership to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across a diverse and growing portfolio of restaurants, hotels, clubs, and new ventures. In this position, you will gain end-to-end visibility into the business, contribute to key strategic growth initiatives, and see the direct impact of your work on overall company performance.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the monthly financial close process to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting.
  • Prepare and support the monthly financial presentation for sr leadership, translating financial results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain and update the annual operating budget across all business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor quarterly financial forecasts, incorporating operational data, business trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, identify key variances, and provide meaningful recommendations to improve results.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to gather financial data, refine assumptions, and improve budget and forecast accuracy.

Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Public Accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, preferably including SAGE, VELIXO, Toast, or Craftable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
