About the Role
You will own and lead enterprisewide Financial Planning & Analysis initiatives, with a strong emphasis on advanced financial modeling and largescale program modeling. In addition, you will support the Corporate Finance consolidation and executive reporting, with high visibility. You will be deeply embedded with the business, serving as a trusted financial partner who translates strategy into datadriven insights. Success in this role is defined by the quality of your models, clarity of your executive communications, and your ability to influence leadership decisions that drive sustainable growth.

What You Will Be Doing
Own and lead large, enterprisewide financial models supporting complex, multiyear programs and strategic initiatives.
Develop advanced business and operating models to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and tradeoffs.
Lead endtoend processes and consolidation of budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning for Corporate FP&A, collaborating closely with the Enterprise FP&A team.
Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategy, drivers, and risks, embedding finance into decisionmaking
Deliver executiveready insights, scenarios, and tactical execution recommendations; regularly present to senior leadership.
Drive financial modeling standards, assumptions, and methodologies to improve accuracy, transparency, and consistency.
Leverage advanced Excel techniques and emerging AIenabled tools to enhance modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
Translate complex financial and business models into clear narratives that influence outcomes and actions.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, optimize business models, and drive financial impact.
Lead and drive initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with financial and business objectives.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling, including large, enterprisewide and programlevel models.
Strong experience owning complex models endtoend and integrating them deeply with business strategy.
Expertlevel proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, structured modeling, scenario analysis, and automation.
Proven ability to analyze and evaluate business models, unit economics, and value drivers.
Experience presenting complex financial insights to senior and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics tools to enhance financial analysis and decision support.

Expertlevel proficiency in ETL tools (Power Query, Altryx, etc), SQL and data visualization skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large, matrixed organizations or enterprise transformation programs.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential.
Experience with enterprise FP&A, planning, or modeling platforms and BI tools.
Background in fintech, payments, banking, or technologyenabled businesses.
Demonstrated success driving crossfunctional initiatives and delivering measurable financial impact.
