The Role

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in providing strategic business partnering and advanced financial analysis for a portfolio of products. This role serves as a trusted finance partner to Product leadership-driving clarity, accountability, and disciplined decision-making. The Manager is expected to operate independently, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

This is a work from home position within the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Own and drive business partnerships with product leaders to influence and provide guidance on strategic decision making and management of Revenue budgets.
  • Drive financial modeling for rerate and pricing strategies and competitive positioning. 
  • Review, challenge, and support business cases for new products and enhancements. 
  • Own end-to-end financial planning and performance for assigned product portfolios, including revenue, margin and profitability analysis. 
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting for the portfolio of products; identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. 
  • Generate deep financial insights and communicate them concisely and effectively to key Product stakeholders and business partners.  
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. 
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum Requirements 
  • Proven ability to take high level direction and produce results which show thought leadership and drive value creation for business with limited supervision. 
  • A strong communicator with a business partnering background and a proven track record at building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Thrives on continuous improvement - simplifying and automating processes and data using technology, while taking a hands-on approach to getting into detail. 
  • Self-motivated; manages and prioritizes multiple deadlines and deliverables. 
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and executive communication skills
  • Attention to detail - spots underlying trends and inconsistencies in financial data and analysis. 
  • Skilled in advanced Microsoft Excel functionality (experience with Power Query or Power BI a significant advantage).
  • Bachelor's degree  and or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 plus years of related experience.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business partnering, influencing and relationship building skills; within the Technology sector a significant advantageous. 
  • Strong Commercial or Business Finance background supporting product-driven, or telecom organizations
  • Ability to communicate and drive insights and narrative through a data-driven and analytical approach.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$105,786 - $141,047 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$111,074 - $148,099 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$116,364 - $155,152 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
