Summary

The External Reporting team operates in an increasingly AIenabled finance environment. We leverage automation, and emerging AI tools to enhance the quality, speed, and insight of external financial reporting-while maintaining rigorous professional judgment, strong controls and overall governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of the detailed financial analyses to the executive management team related to monthly/quarterly results, leveraging automation where appropriate
  • Support to user groups of our analyses (primary users - executive management, treasury, performance management, planning, investor relations)
  • Ad-hoc analyses, memos and reports, including the use of AI-assisted tools for data exploration and drafting
  • Ensure continuous improvement of tools, methodology, content and format of all analyses and presentations
  • Co-ordination with other finance groups at the business unit and corporate levels to standardize, automate, and enhance reporting processes.
Critical Qualifications
  • CPA with 2+ years of experience
  • Bilingual and good communication skills
  • Team player, dynamic and self-sufficient
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to analyse results and underlying business trends
  • Comfort working in an AI-enabled environment, with the ability to apply professional judgment when using automation and AI-assisted tools, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across reporting and analysis processes through AI.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
