Bilingual Case Manager - Economic Empowerment Services who is passionate about helping people overcome financial barriers and build long-term independence. In this role, your knowledge, empathy, and coaching skills will directly support survivors as they work toward economic stability, career growth, and lasting safety.

- 100% Onsite
- Local Travel: 25%
- Three Days: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Two days: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (weekday off provided)
Grant Funded PositionEmployment is contingent upon grant renewal.

June 30, 2027Our Total Compensation Package: - Hourly Compensation: $21.63

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to manage classroom-style workshops and group learning environments
- At least 1 year of experience in case management, career counseling, job development, or similar social services work
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Texas driver's license with a good driving record and ability to travel locally
What You'll Do - How Your Skills Make an ImpactYour work will empower survivors to move beyond immediate crisis and build sustainable financial futures.
In this role, you will:
- Provide one-on-one financial empowerment coaching to help clients increase income, manage debt, improve employment opportunities, and build savings.
- Help clients identify goals and overcome economic barriers through individualized support plans.
- Connect survivors to internal resources such as trauma support, legal services, housing, and safety planning.
- Facilitate group trainings and individual coaching sessions focused on financial literacy and career development.
- Use the Allstate Foundation Moving Ahead Curriculum to deliver financial management and career empowerment education.
- Build partnerships with community organizations, employers, educational institutions, and workforce programs to expand opportunities for clients.
- Track client outcomes and program successes to demonstrate impact and strengthen services.
- Attend trainings, collaborate with staff, and contribute to a team committed to survivor empowerment
