Position Overview:
The Construction Controller will lead the accounting and financial reporting function, ensure GAAP compliance, manage audits, optimize Deltek Vantagepoint ERP usage, and develop financial insights to support executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting standards.

  • Serve as audit lead and primary contact for external auditors.

  • Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial policies.
