We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations and control functions for one of our key product lines. This position will be based in Roebuck, SC and will report to the Plant Controller.
You'll make an impact by:
  • Own the product line P&L, driving profitability and disciplined cost control.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning) to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Support accurate costing (BOM and routing time analysis) and inventory processes to ensure precise cost allocation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance and strong internal controls, and provide financial insights to guide investment/CAPEX decisions and continuous improvement.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of finance or controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, P&L management, forecasting, and manufacturing costing.
  • Experience with inventory processes and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • This position will initially be based in Roebuck, SC. Following an initial onboarding and training period, the role is expected to transition to a future company location in North Georgia. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to North Georgia when business needs require.

The pay range for this position is $91,086 - $123,318 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
