Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing senior financial analyst to support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis on our Supply Chain FP&A team. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to deliver insights, improve financial processes, and drive strategic decision-making. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include
  • Support the execution of Tropicana's financial, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist in monthly financial close processes for supply chain-related costs (transportation, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Partner with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to evaluate and support cost-saving initiatives
  • Support the development of annual operating plans (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans for supply chain functions
  • Provide financial support and analysis for short and long-term projects for new product development and innovation business cases.
  • Provide financial support for capital planning, approval, and management process, including ROI analysis and business case development
  • Support financial reporting tool development and automation, includes primary financial reporting tool, expense analysis, budget model, scorecards.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements related to supply chain financial activities
  • Business support to functional leads to consolidate financial results, providing variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through proactive financial analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in global reporting systems and planning tools

The Perfect Blend: Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics-related financial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, SAC, Power BI, Excel, etc.) •
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be located in Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
