Job description

We are seeking a passionate Senior Financial Analyst for our Boca Raton, FL Headquarters to support our continued growth. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports and forecasts, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. This role will play a key part in budgeting, financial planning, operational analysis, and driving overall financial performance across the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, cash flow, and profit & loss statements
  • Perform monthly variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across departments and entities
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Analyze operational and financial data to support strategic business decisions and improve profitability
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Support cash flow analysis and financial modeling initiatives
  • Review and reconcile financial data across multiple entities, including intercompany transactions
  • Partner with accounting and operational teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiencies
  • Develop ad hoc financial analyses, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  • Support special projects, process improvements, and system implementations aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • 3+ years of relevant financial analysis or corporate finance experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and financial modeling
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting software preferred
  • Experience working with multi-entity organizations preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
