Job description

The Amazon Advertising FP&A team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the Productivity team. The role will help establish and monitor productivity measurements across our Global Ad Sales. The SFA will partner closely with Finance stakeholder, Data Engineers and Business Intelligence Engineers to maintain and enhance productivity tools.

This includes holistic ownership of productivity, benchmarking, and forecasting. This role will work closely with Sales teams, regional Finance PoCs, and Ads Central FP&A.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, high business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to partner with Finance Sales and Product teams.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Establish and monitor productivity measurements across Global Ad Sales
- Maintain holistic ownership of productivity metrics, benchmarking, and forecasting
- Develop and refine frameworks to assess sales productivity performance
- Contribute with deep-dive analyses and insights in Quarterly Business Reviews
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Operate comfortably in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Exercise strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective
