Your mission

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Cosco brand across North America and key global retail customers. The role is responsible for approximately 100 million in annual revenue and is accountable for driving profitable growth, market share expansion, customer relationships, and execution excellence across a diverse retail portfolio. The position leads all manufacturer representative groups, manages strategic retail accounts, and directs the internal sales organization.

Lowe's, Target, Costco, Amazon, Ace Hardware, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and other strategic retail accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual and long-range sales strategies.
  • Develop annual sales budget.
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
  • Lead pricing and program negotiations, joint business planning, assortment reviews, and promotional strategies.
  • Manage all manufacturer representative groups and conduct performance reviews.
  • Lead and develop the internal sales team.
  • Provide sales forecasting, demand planning, and business analysis.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure all customer KPIs are executed on time and on target.
  • Identify new business opportunities and distribution expansion initiatives.
  • Build executive-level customer relationships and drive omnichannel growth.

  • 1 Key Account Manager
  • All Manufacturer Representative Groups supporting the Cosco business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Experience managing major retail accounts and rep organizations.
