We are currently seeking a full-time Finance Administrative Assistant to report to the President of the company.
COMPENSATION:
  • Full-time, hourly rate based on skill and experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare weekly staff meeting, keep minutes, remind staff about outstanding items
  • Enter bills, process check runs in Quickbooks
  • Create purchase orders and invoices
  • Data-entry of customer contact information and notes
  • Answer phones, filing, maintain office supplies
  • Filing, maintain office supplies

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staff
  • Attention to detail, organization ability a must
  • Accurate data entry skills required
  • Candidate should possess excellent computer skills with experience in QuickBooks
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Contributes to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas
  • 5+ year administrative experience preferred
  • Able to use and operate a computer with basic Microsoft office required
  • Understand accounting principles
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel (to combine, sort, and summarize large amounts of data).
