The Business and Administration unit at Auburn University is made up of most of the non-academic units on campus, the largest of which is Facilities Management. Facilities Management provides highly responsive and quality support services to build and maintain the facilities, grounds,
and infrastructure of the University campus. Business and Administration strives to be a client focused organization, one that is dedicated to serving our many customers throughout Auburn University. Our goal is to be a value-added partner to our clients.
Business and Administration Technology provides services and technological support for the entirety of Facilities Management, HR, Finance, Budget Services, Administrative Effectiveness and others.

Responsibilities
  • Level 1 Technical support; including troubleshooting hardware (printers, monitors, copiers, etc.), and application issues.
  • Deploys new pc's, including data transfers.
  • Assists with tracking inventory of IT equipment.
  • Web development using our WordPress CMS.
  • Create and modify reports.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled Auburn University student
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Student enrolled in any of the following majors: All Pre-Computer Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Pre-Software Engineering, Computer Sci & Software Engr, Pre-Wire Eng (Software option), Pre-Wire Eng (Hardware option), Wireless Eng-Software Option, Pre-Wireless Engineering (Software option), Wireless Engineering - Software Option, Wireless Engineering - Hardware Option, Wireless Eng-Hardware Option, Pre- Wireless Engineering (Hardware option), Computer Engineering, Pre-Computer Engineering, Software Design, User Experience/Social Computing, Computer Systems Networking & Telecommunications, Computer Science, and/or Computer Engineering majors
