Job description

TITLE Finance Student Assistant
DEPARTMENT Finance Division
REPORTS TO Caren Goldberg, cgoldberg1@babson.edu
PAY RATE $15/hour
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Finance Student Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to Finance Division faculty. This role supports daily office operations through tasks such as document preparation, inventory tracking, research assistance, and campus errands. The position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced academic environment, while contributing to the smooth functioning of the Finance Division based in Tomasso Hall.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Assist the Finance faculty with general administrative and clerical support.
  • Other duties include: stocking the kitchen, keeping track of inventory, photocopying, assisting with faculty research, creating/editing PowerPoint slides, filing, and campus errands.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required.
