As aProject System Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of Oracle Fusion within our organization for AMR region. You will play a key role in optimizing our Project (Project Finance & Project Management) processes, enhancing system functionalities, and driving overall financial & project excellence using Oracle Fusion modules.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Oracle Fusion Implementation & Maintenance: Provide the support for implementation & maintenance of Oracle Project (Project Finance & Project Management) modules
  • System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance Project (Project Finance & Project Management) system functionality, performance, and user experience to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing Project (Project Finance & Project Management) processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement process enhancements and best practices leveraging Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) system capabilities
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, IT, and operations, to align Project (Project Finance & Project Management) strategies and requirements. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Project (Project Finance & Project Management) modules. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure users have a comprehensive understanding of the system and Project (Project Finance & Project Management) processes
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and reporting within Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) system
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and generate project financials and management reports and analytics using Oracle Project (Project Finance & Project Management) modules. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support decision-making and drive financial performance
  • Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes using Oracle Project (Project Finance & Project Management) & EPM modules. Ensure accuracy, alignment with organizational goals, and support Finance team members in creating financial forecasts and analyzing variances
  • Project Financial Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize project financial processes and enhance system functionalities. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to manage relationships, monitor deliverables, and ensure high-quality services related to Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) system
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle Project (Project Finance & Project Management) modules according to business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams for any required customizations or enhancements
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Project (Project Finance & Project Management) regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Develop and implement controls to mitigate financial risks and support audit processes
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) system, generate reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • CPA, CA or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Certification in Oracle Financials & Project (Project Finance & Project Management) cloud and TOGAF are a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Project (Project Finance & Project Management) and 3 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) as a Functional consultant
  • Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management), including implementation, configuration, and support
  • Strong understanding of project finance and project planning, budgeting and consolidation processes and best practices
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex Project (Project Finance & Project Management) projects from initiation to completion
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial & Project (Project Finance & Project Management), functionalities, and integration points with other Oracle applications.
  • Familiarity with data management, reporting, and analytics within Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in training end-users and providing support for Oracle Fusion Project (Project Finance & Project Management) & EPM project budgeting
  • Knowledge of application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration cloud or SOA is desirable
