We are seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Project Manager - Finance / Accounting to lead the financial management, compliance, and accounting functions for new affordable housing developments and acquisitions.
SummaryThe Affordable Housing Project Manager - Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial planning, accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for new affordable housing developments, including LIHTC projects, HUD-funded developments, and acquisitions. This position partners closely with Development, Construction, Asset Management, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects are financially sound, compliant, and successfully transitioned into operations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in LIHTC compliance, 8609 Cost Certifications, HUD audits, construction accounting, financial reporting, and project-based accounting.
