We are looking for a Finance Process Intelligence Manager to guide the shift from traditional process analysis to operations driven by insights. These insights directly support Agentic automation, ongoing improvement, and enterprise decision-making.

This outstanding opportunity lets you lead in process intelligence by working with tools like Celonis, SAP Signavio, and UiPath Process/Task Mining. You will unlock full transparency across financial operations and link insights to action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the Process Intelligence strategy for Finance, aligned with enterprise AI, automation, and transformation roadmaps

  • Establish end-to-end process visibility across core Finance value streams (Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report)

  • Drive adoption, governance, and value realization of process intelligence platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, and UiPath

  • Translate process insights into a prioritized pipeline of actions, including automation, agentic use cases, re-engineering, and control improvements

  • Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams to convert insights into delivered and measured business value

  • Define and standardize process indicators, benchmarks, and executive dashboards for leadership and SteerCo reporting

  • Enable self-service process intelligence through data products, playbooks, and training to scale adoption across Finance

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Global Process Owners and Finance leadership, influencing decisions on performance optimization and transformation priorities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
    OR Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Hands-on experience with process intelligence / process mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or similar)

  • Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows

  • Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance operations, process improvement, analytics, or digital transformation

  • Experience integrating process intelligence with automation, AI, or GenAI initiatives

  • Exposure to ERP transformation programs (e.g., ECC to S/4)

  • Experience in global or shared services Finance environments

  • Strong change leadership, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$117,000.00 - $237,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
