Canterbury Capital Wealth Management is seeking an individual to provide operational business support for their Financial Advisors growing practices. The primary role of this position is to provide new business and ongoing service support for wealth management clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management - handle requests, resolve issues, research, and assist with all client requests
  • Onboard new clients and establish accounts
  • Prepare all client review meeting materials for advisors; handle all meeting follow-up action items
  • Continuous business activity tracking
  • Mutual fund, equity, ETF, and municipal bond trading in client accounts
  • Prepare and process documents, new applications, checks, distribution, and maintenance forms
  • Keep systems up-to-date with client information
  • Educate clients on account services and technology capabilities
  • Financial plan data entry and analysis
  • Review work methods and procedures for continual quality improvements and efficiencies, and implement them when appropriate
  • Prepare reports, data entry, maintain spreadsheets and logs
  • Work closely with the senior operations specialists, and provide backup support to the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry experience or education
  • College degree
  • Ability to pass a criminal history and credit background check
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Learning agility with software programs

  • Series 7/66 & Alabama Life/Health Annuity license, or willingness to obtain
