Job description

Description

Seattle, WA | Volvo Cars | Luxury brand | Finance Manager | F&I | Veterans encouraged to apply | $75,000 - $180,000+ annually

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

At Volvo Cars Seattle, the finance office is an extension of everything the Volvo brand stands for -- transparency, integrity, and a genuine respect for the guest. Volvo buyers are thoughtful, values-driven, and quick to recognize when they're being treated well. Our Finance Manager sets that tone on every deal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection product options with transparency, confidence, and genuine care

Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- coordinating with sales and lending partners to ensure smooth, compliant transactions

Present and sell F&I products -- including VSC, GAP, and maintenance -- through a disciplined menu-based process

Build and maintain strong lender and leasing partner relationships to deliver competitive options for every guest

Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal, every time

Partner with sales leadership to capture 100% of finance transactions and deliver a seamless handoff experience

Maintain clean, accurate deal documentation and fund contracts within established timelines

Represent Volvo Cars Seattle and Swickard's hospitality standard through every guest interaction in the finance office

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership -- luxury or import brand experience strongly preferred

Proven performance in PVR, VSC penetration, GAP penetration, and lender diversification

Deep knowledge of menu selling, deal structure, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA)

Volvo or European brand experience a strong plus

Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

Active state F&I license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start

A communicator who builds trust quickly -- Volvo guests respond to advisors who lead with honesty, not pressure

A hospitality mindset -- you protect the guest's interests and the dealership's integrity in equal measure

WHAT WE OFFER

Income potential of $75,000 - $180,000+ annually

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

Paid time off and paid holidays

Paid Volvo and F&I product training

Career growth -- strong Finance Managers at Swickard grow into F&I director and multi-store leadership roles

Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

A team culture built on standards, accountability, and genuine care for every guest

WHY VOLVO CARS SEATTLE

Volvo is a brand built on safety, sustainability, and integrity -- values that resonate deeply with the Seattle market and make for a guest base that appreciates an honest finance experience

Seattle is one of the most educated and affluent markets in the Pacific Northwest -- guests here are informed, intentional, and loyal to people who earn their trust

Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

A store where the sales culture and the finance office are aligned -- no pressure tactics, no shortcuts, just a well-run process that serves the guest and the business

Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- shape how we hire, how we lead, and how we serve every guest

Leadership that respects your expertise, supports your performance, and invests in your long-term growth

Volvo Cars Seattle is a store where doing the job right and doing the job well are the same thing. The finance manager who thrives here is one who leads with integrity, runs a clean process, and builds the kind of guest relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

If you're a skilled Finance Manager who sells with honesty and performs with discipline -- we'd like to meet you. #T5
