We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to support our security finance program at a client site in Downtown Seattle, WA. In this role, you will oversee monthly invoicing across multiple regions, compare invoicing data to budgets, investigate discrepancies, and provide coordination, scheduling, and administrative support to help ensure financial goals are met on time and according to requirements.

Essential Functions

  1. Manage domestic monthly invoicing; compare invoicing data to monthly budgets and lead investigations into discrepancies.

  2. Provide coordination, scheduling, and administrative support for the Finance team.

  3. Oversee monthly client billing reports and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) reports for the department.

  4. Oversee Aging Reports and Accounts Receivable for North America, research outstanding invoices and drive resolution.

  5. Use client meeting technology to schedule and facilitate meetings; prepare and distribute meeting notes.

  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to workflows and operating practices.

  7. Maintain a strong customer service approach to problem solving and partner with the client to resolve questions or concerns.

  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager to support the overall success of the Security program.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred.

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or receivables required.

Core Competencies

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Oracle and Power BI preferred.

  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with interpersonal and organizational savvy.

  • Effective collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
