Business Applications Specialist (Brazilian Portuguese Speaking) 

Location: Orlando, FL

The Role 

Join Capco's Global Internal Applications team and play a key role in supporting the technology that enables our global business. As a Business Applications Specialist, you will provide functional and technical support for enterprise HR and Finance applications used by colleagues around the world. 

This role is ideal for a technology professional with experience supporting business applications who is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English. You'll work closely with global stakeholders, regional users, and technical teams to ensure our critical HR and Finance platforms operate efficiently while contributing to system enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

What You'll Do 

  • Provide functional and technical support for Capco's HR, Finance, and related enterprise business applications. 
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance. 
  • Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements. 
  • Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing administration of new and existing business applications. 
  • Monitor integrations, interfaces, and business processes across HR and Finance systems. 
  • Create and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and user support materials. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency. 
  • Participate in global projects, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Provide exceptional customer support to users across multiple regions and time zones. 

What We're Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications, particularly within HR, Finance, ERP, or HRIS environments
  • Experience troubleshooting application issues and working with business users to resolve technical and functional problems. 
  • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, Microsoft Office, and application support best practices. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. 
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse Recruiting, APDATA or other HR platforms. 
  • Experience with Finance applications or ERP systems. 
  • Knowledge of HRIS, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms. 
  • Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Experience working within a global or multinational organization.
