Hospitality Manager – High-Volume Sports Bar

Love sports, great food, and creating an exceptional guest experience? Join a nationally recognized sports bar brand where the energy is high and the game is always on.

We’re looking for a motivated Hospitality Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns quickly
  • Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance
  • Monitor sales, control costs, and support profitability goals
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement
