Job description

As the F&B Director at our Marriott Raleigh City Center, you will lead and oversee all F&B operations within the hotel, including restaurant outlets, banquet events, and in-room dining. This position is responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a high-performing team culture. You will collaborate with culinary and service teams to implement innovative concepts and maintain service excellence aligned with Concord's core values.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all restaurant, bar, and banquet operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and execute financial, operational, and revenue strategies that drive business results.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, service excellence, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing Food & Beverage team.
  • Analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Partner with culinary teams to maintain outstanding food presentation and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee successful execution of group events, meetings, and banquets.
  • Create innovative promotions, programming, and marketing initiatives to grow revenue and market presence.
  • Build strong community relationships that enhance the hotel's reputation and visibility.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of financials, food cost, labor cost, and revenue strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a team environment focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Experience managing both restaurant and banquet operations is preferred.
    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
