Job Description
Position Summary:
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and contribute to a key project focused on process improvement within the department. This position will be based onsite at Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds located in Los Angeles, CA. This summer internship is a 6 to 10-week program.
Duties and Responsibilities -
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting, including compiling data, validating results, and preparing variance analysis reports.
  • Support the analysis of financial and operational performance trends to help identify risks, opportunities, and cost drivers.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of key business metrics and reporting efficiency.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using Excel to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to improve reporting processes and data accuracy.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities by preparing supporting analysis and data summaries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate data processes using business intelligence tools.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Must be Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program.
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to present findings clearly.
  • Ability to work in an office environment collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour
