Within the Accounting Leadership Development Program with AT&T, recent graduates like yourself can expect to be cultivated into accounting leadership talent through advanced training, mentorship, and strategic insights, ultimately driving organizational financial excellence. Throughout this 2-year rotational program, you'll experience two 12-month assignments in selected tracks to gain practical financial, accounting, or audit experience to enhance your education and career preparation.

What you'll do:

  • Engage in AT&T's Accounting Leadership Development Program (ALDP) designed for recent graduates with a master's degree, selecting either the Accounting or Audit track.
  • Work on assigned projects that provide exposure to practical accounting tasks, aimed at developing potential future accounting leaders within AT&T and the business community.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors, cultivating essential interpersonal skills for a successful and satisfying career.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the program's objectives and gain comprehensive accounting or audit experience.

  • Enrollment within a master's degree (MS) program with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related specialty
  • Estimated graduation date by June 2027
  • Ability to meet the full-time, in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the program
  • 1+ years of related experience preferred. Certification is required in some areas
  • Professionalism with a solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and take appropriate action in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies with minimal supervision.
