Preferred

  • Fully licensed (Series 7 & Series 66) preferred – the practice will sponsor and support licensing for the right candidate if needed.
  • Washington Life & Health preferred
  • Ameriprise experience, (not required)

Professional Strengths

  • Organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, and confident
  • Comfortable engaging new clients and growing relationships

  • Thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial practice environment

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Competitive starting range of $85,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience)
Performance-Based Bonuses: Uncapped earning potential tied to client growth, planning activity, and revenue contribution, and potential equity ownership.

Benefits Include:

  • Health insurance

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (no evenings or weekends)
Work Environment: In-office with limited hybrid flexibility after training period
