Duties and responsibilities:

Are you passionate about a career in engineering? The Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) consists of three one-year rotations that provide a wide variety of work assignments in medical manufacturing and technology. MDP engineers will gain cross functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, lean manufacturing, project management, quality and design.

Each year, MDP engineers relocate to a new U.S. location, allowing for a diverse experience with new products, processes, and people! To facilitate MDP associates' rotation through three locations in three years, relocation support will be provided to those who qualify. Previous rotations include San Diego CA, Canaan CT, Columbus NE, Franklin Lakes NJ, Sandy UT, Covington, GA, and Sumter SC.

Required qualifications:

  • New engineering graduates with a B.S. or M.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomechanical, Chemical or equivalent engineering degree

  • Graduating between December 2026 and June 2027

  • Strong desire for a career in manufacturing

  • Must be willing and able to relocate three times in three years

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction as to duration

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exposure to working with a cross functional team (Capstone Projects)

  • Prior internship/co-op in engineering

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • An ability to adapt quickly to new environments

  • Passion for philanthropic outreach/community relations
