Job Summary Contribute to the academic and social growth of students by offering individual or small group support under the direction of certified staff. This position demands confidentiality, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with technology. It may also require physical strength for heavy lifting tasks.

Qualifications ย 

  • A strong passion for working with high school students to foster meaningful relationships and enhance their academic success
  • Competence in following and implementing the classroom teacher's and Special Education Case Manager's directives
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required

Compensation Package Position Classification A-13 offers a starting wage of $18.50 - $21.16 per hour, based on education and experience. Additionally, a benefits package is available that includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan.
