Description:
  • This position will assist two units within the DDS unit with the processing of outgoing/incoming mail (collate letters from printer, attach appropriate pamphlets, run through postage machine, etc.)
  • knowledge of computer data entry, Microsoft Word/Excel, mailing and receiving packages, calendar and scheduling, filing, and operating copy/fax/scanner machines.
  • This person must also be organized, computer savvy, possess clear communication skills when answering phones and must always act in a professional manner.
