Job description

We are seeking a General Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing documents, data entry, photocopying, and scanning to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails, address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination by organizing and maintaining project files, deadlines and supporting documentation efforts.
  • Help coordinate logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all paperwork is handled appropriately and filed correctly.
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with office equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
