Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for an File Admin position in Clearwater, FL! This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills for our File Admin while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Pay: $ 16.00Hr

Responsibilities:

  • Review each patient file in system to determine inactive status
  • Apply retention rules
  • Organize retained records for compliant storage and retrieval
Requirements:
  • Experience reviewing, organizing, or managing large volumes of records and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately validate information against established retention rules and criteria
  • Experience working with medical records, healthcare documentation, compliance requirements, or records retention processes is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to review patient information within systems to determine active versus inactive status.
  • Experience supporting document destruction, records storage, indexing, filing, or retrieval activities is a plus.

Pay Details: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
