2nd Shift File Clerk (Entry Level) - Urgently hiring in Santa Ana!
Job Title: File Clerk
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Hours: 3:30pm to 12:00am Monday - Friday

As a File Clerk, you'll organize and maintain important files, ensuring everything is easily accessible for the team. Work closely with department leaders to keep documentation in order, all while developing your professional skill set.
What You'll Do
As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for:
  • Tracking files by status, including filed back and withdrawn documents
  • Managing document prep, scanning, sorting, and handling mortgage files
  • Sorting documents by vendor in an alpha-numeric order
  • Re-boxing and organizing documents as needed
  • Assisting with pushing, pulling, and reaching objects to complete daily tasks
  • Climbing ladders (up to 6ft) to access high storage areas
  • Keeping up with multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Participating in training sessions, which can extend up to 1-2 weeks
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs. (carts provided to assist)
  • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 6ft
  • Good bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting abilities
  • Dependability to work a consistent schedule requiring one Sunday per month (minimum of 6 hours)
  • Pass a Live Scan background screening
