File Clerk Responsibilities
  • Scan, organize, and digitize active and terminated employee personnel files into a new electronic records system.
  • The File Clerk will prepare, index, and upload HR documents while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • The File Clerk will review scanned files for quality and resolve document discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical personnel records while handling confidential information appropriately.
  • Track the progress of document conversion and ensure records are accurately maintained.
  • The File Clerk will provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Preferred Qualifications of the File Clerk Role
  • Previous experience in file management, document scanning, records management, data entry, or administrative support.
