Forklift Operators (Paid Clamp-Truck Training)
Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity
Location: Aberdeen, MD
1st Shift: $19.00/hr
2nd Shift: $20.50/hr

We're hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced distribution center in Aberdeen, MD. This is a long-term opportunity offering steady hours, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.
If you have sit-down forklift experience and a strong safety mindset, we'll provide paid training to help you expand your skills by operating clamp trucks. Reliable, motivated operators have the opportunity to advance into permanent positions and leadership roles.
Schedule Options
1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Overtime may be available.

What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will:
  • Operate electric sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks (training provided)
  • Move, load, and secure large or oversized products
  • Transport freight safely throughout the warehouse
  • Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
  • Meet daily safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications for the Forklift Operators:Required:
  • At least 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
  • MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE
  • Ability to pass an on-site forklift driving test
  • Ability to pass a safety training pre-test
  • Comfortable operating equipment in reverse
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to safety
Preferred
  • Clamp truck experience
  • Experience with push/pull attachments, slip-sheet equipment, or similar material handling equipment
  • RF scanner and warehouse management system experience
