Accounts Receivable File Clerk


PrideStaff Financial is seeking an organized, detail-oriented File Clerk who will assist an accounts receivable department in Folsom.  You will be responsible for processing mail,  paperwork and documents as they come in, organizing them in the proper files for reference, and gathering information for different departments when requested. Attention to detail is vital in this role to ensure information can be retrieved quickly and easily.  This is a 3-12 month temporary contract.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Process, sort, and file incoming paper and digital paperwork.
  • Sort mail, print documents, match checks, and handle time-sensitive mailings.
  • Scan, copy, and upload physical files into electronic databases.
  • Update records, remove obsolete files, and archive data safely.
  • Locate and pull requested data promptly for various departments.



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of general office or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational abilities, time management, and keen attention to detail.
