Job description

Fierce Health & Longevity

Director of Operations

Salt Lake City, Utah · Full-Time · $70,000 – $120,000 (all-in with incentives)

Who We Are

Fierce is a longevity-focused telehealth brand on a mission to help people live longer, sharper, and stronger. We're a small, fast-moving team of nine — and we're building something that matters. We don't move like a corporation, and we never will.

This is a ground-floor leadership role. You won't be inheriting a polished machine — you'll be building one. If that excites you, keep reading.

The Role

As Director of Operations, you'll report directly to the CEO and own three critical pillars of the business: Customer Success, Medical Operations, and Training. That means you're responsible for the experience patients have, the systems our clinical team runs on, and how we develop people internally.

You'll be equal parts strategist and executor. On Monday you might be redesigning a patient onboarding workflow. On Thursday you might be building a training curriculum for a new hire.

What You'll Own

  • Lead and develop the Customer Success, Medical Operations, and Training teams — hiring, coaching, and setting standards
  • Build and refine the systems, SOPs, and workflows that allow us to scale without breaking
  • Own the patient experience from first touchpoint through ongoing care — measuring outcomes and closing gaps
  • Partner with the CEO on strategic priorities, operational roadmap, and team growth
  • Establish KPIs and reporting cadences so we know what's working and what isn't
  • Identify inefficiencies and fix them — fast

Who You Are

  • An operator who has built and led teams, not just managed them
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you can create order without a playbook handed to you
  • Background in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, or a fast-moving service business (DTC, SaaS with service components, etc.)
  • Based in Salt Lake City, Utah — this is an in-person role
  • Energized by a small team environment where your work has direct, visible impact
  • High ownership mentality — you don't wait to be told, you figure it out and move

What We Offer

  • $70,000 – $120,000 total compensation (base + performance incentives)
  • A direct line to the CEO and real influence over company direction
  • The rare opportunity to build a world-class team from the ground up
  • A mission-driven company that genuinely believes in what it's doing

How to Apply

We're not interested in form applications. Instead, record a short video (3 minutes max) answering this question:

"If you joined a 9-person company tomorrow as Director of Operations, what are the first three things you'd do in week one — and why?"

Send your video to raleighwilliams7@gmail.com with the subject line Dir of Ops. No resume required upfront — we'll ask for it if we want to move forward.
