Job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Field Assistant to support our Project Managers and field teams. This role plays a vital support role on the job site, assisting carpenters and other crew members in all aspects of residential remodeling. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn the trades, work hard, and grow within the company.

Compensation:

$20 - $24 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating daily tasks and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Support carpenters and crew members with materials and tools to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and report any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote a safe and productive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Document project progress and assist in preparing reports for management review.
  • Help in the setup and breakdown of job sites, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in handling and organizing construction tools and materials.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies diligently.
  • Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and organization on job sites.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist and collaborate with field staff.
