We're looking for a motivated Field Service Technician- Drain Tile to join our Columbus team to support fieldwork, assist with projects, and help maintain high-quality standards on-site within our drain tile division. Opportunities to work across other divisions within the company outside core responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with drain tile survey and support, including fieldwork with irregular hours and weekends
  • Perform site preparation, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
  • Transport and handle tools, materials, and equipment
  • Provide lab assistance as required to support testing and analysis
  • Travel for drain tile work, with flexibility for irregular hours
  • Support engineers and technicians on-site
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety standards
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work outdoors, travel, and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
  • OSHA certification (if not - we can provide)
Optional Qualifications
  • Heavy Machinery/ Earth work Experience
  • Non CDL Large Truck Experience
  • Technical Reporting
Work Schedule
  • Regular hours while in the office
  • Flexible schedule for field travel, including weekends and irregular hours
  • Occasional out-of-state travel for specific projects
