Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team to support our government clients. You will have the chance to use and develop your skills, work with a driven and innovative team, engage with different collaborators, and strengthen CGS' capabilities. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities to serve our clients.
Job Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
  • Design and implement solutions for new application improvements.
  • Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
  • Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints.
  • Handle investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets.
  • Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements.
  • Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Obtaining a Government Security Clearance.
  • Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
  • Experience with ITSM modules and Agile development environments.
  • Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.

Desired Qualifications:
  • An active Government Security Clearance.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
