KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a fully remote VMS Technical Recruiter, based on PT/MT.
Position Summary:
We are hiring a VMS-Focused Technical Recruiter with current 3 to 5+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments. This role is 100% remote and will support full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles across our utility clients nationwide. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Vendor Management System (VMS) processes, particularly FieldGlass, along with strong BullHorn ATS experience.
Key Responsibilities;
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions in utilities (e.g., SAP/Oracle IS-U, Telecom Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA/Test Leads, SCADA/GIS/AMI specialists, and related roles).
• Drive high-volume sourcing, screening, and submittals through VMS platforms, with primary focus on FieldGlass and internal BullHorn ATS.
• Collaborate closely with offshore recruiting teams to ensure seamless pipeline development, candidate flow, and delivery against tight timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors in the utilities sector.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to utilities industry talent pools, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, activity summaries, and pipeline status to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with VMS requirements, rate structures, W2/C2C guidelines, and client-specific processes.
• Work a standard schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Required Qualifications:
• Current 3 to 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on VMS-driven recruiting.
• Proven experience in the Utilities industry (preferred) or adjacent technical/engineering sectors.
• Hands-on experience with FieldGlass VMS and BullHorn ATS.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience working effectively with offshore recruiting teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of contractual staffing, rate calculations, and compliance requirements.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Prior experience supporting Southern California utility clients (e.g., SCE, similar IOUs).
• Familiarity with additional tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or other VMS platforms.
