We are dedicated to creating clean and safe work environments and specialize in three core business segments: Commercial Janitorial Cleaning, Unarmed Security Guard Service/Patrols, and Commercial Facility Maintenance Services. Job Summary:

The Field Verification Specialist is responsible for verifying office and floor space at corporate office facilities. This role involves collaborating with our client on office moves, and providing administrative support as needed.

Days/Hours:

Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (40 Hours Per Week)

Compensation:

  • $20-22 per hour (with weekly pay every Friday)
  • Benefits Available (Health, Dental, Vision, Life)
  • 401K Eligibility After 1-Year of Service

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible walking floors at several local commercial office facilities 60-70% of the day.
  • Verifying office space and if inaccurate, investigating the situation via client in person or via email
  • Notifying our building service coordinator of any janitorial/maintenance deficiencies
  • Working with space planner on audits of changes
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Valid Driver's license and vehicle

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an customer service or administrative support position.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk throughout the building,
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at the front desk, interacting with incoming traffic and dispatching incoming service requests.
