About the Role
Albireo Energy is hiring a Field Automation Specialist III to lead device startup and field verification activities on mission-critical data center construction projects. You'll take the lead on checkout tasks, support BAS and PLC integration, troubleshoot independently, and mentor the junior specialists on your team.

What You'll Do
  • Lead startup and field verification of BAS and EPMS field devices.
  • Support BAS and PLC integration and basic device configuration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot device communication and wiring issues independently.
  • Mentor and guide Field Automation Specialist I and II personnel.
  • Coordinate installation activities with subcontractors and trades.
  • Maintain complete and accurate field documentation and as-built markups.
  • Assist Field Automation Engineers with commissioning and testing activities.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of field controls, BAS, or automation experience on construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and lead point-to-point checkout and I/O verification.
  • Working knowledge of BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus TCP/RTU, and Ethernet/IP protocols.
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Siemens, or similar BAS platforms preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • OSHA-30 preferred.

Salary Range: $74K-$115K/yr. DOE.
