About The Role

At N2, Field Support Specialists are our liaisons between our Home Office team members and our sales rock stars, known as Area Directors. On the Support team, Field Support Specialists play the role of coach, teacher, and trouble-shooter when helping Area Directors across the country. They deliver impeccable service through written and verbal communication, and while each team member is equipped to answer all types of questions, they must also be prepared to have the patience and curiosity to find those answers when they don't already have them.

This is a fully remote position with the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The salary is $44,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

The Role in Action

  • Assist Area Directors develop their skills while building one-on-one relationships with them.
  • Train Area Directors in our processes and procedures via phone conferences.
  • Respond to a steady stream of questions, concerns, complaints, and everything in between via phone and email with both Area Directors and their advertising clients.
  • Work both individually and within a small, close-knit team to solve problems.
  • Answer incoming phone calls to cover current staffing pattern needs.
  • Brainstorm and implement ways to be proactive in your role to reduce reactiveness in engaging with Area Directors.
  • Collaborate with our Design team to help Area Directors understand our design process and administrative tasks.
