Job description

Job Summary

Supports healthcare reprocessing and field service programs by assisting with on-site operations, device handling, customer engagement, and basic reporting activities. This role helps ensure program compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support day-to-day field service activities, including device preparation, coordination, and shipment.
  • Conduct routine facility rounds to support workflow, answer questions, and reinforce standard processes.
  • Assist with identifying eligible devices and promoting program participation and value.
  • Educate and support customer staff on basic workflows, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor activity and communicate issues, opportunities, or improvements to leadership.
  • Participate in in-services, training sessions, and feedback-gathering activities.
  • Assist with basic reporting, data collection, and use of internal systems as directed.
  • Work assigned schedules, including extended or on-call hours when business needs require.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

Certification / Licensure:

  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel to assigned locations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required facility credentials.

Work Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare, customer service, sales, or field-based role.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$21.75 - $31.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
